Returns Policy
14-Day Return Period
At Luxury Bargains For All, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your items, you may request to return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized products
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at returns@luxurybargainsforall.com to initiate your return
- Our team will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN)
- Package your item securely with all original packaging and tags
- Include your RAN and order number with your return
- Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same return process for a refund and then reorder in the usual way.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. In such cases, Luxury Bargains For All will provide a prepaid return label.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no cost to you.
